Nomination committee
The Nomination Committee of Zelluna ASA consists of:
- Jónas Einarsson (Chair)
- Hans Peter Bøhn
The Nomination Committee submits recommendations to the General Meeting regarding the election of shareholder-elected members of the Board of Directors and members of the Nomination Committee, as well as remuneration of the Board members.
Shareholders who wish to propose candidates to the Board of Directors or the Nomination Committee are invited to submit their proposals in writing to ir@zelluna.com. Proposals should include relevant information about the candidate and should be submitted within reasonable time prior to the General Meeting to allow the Nomination Committee to consider the proposal.
The Nomination Committee will consider all proposals received and present its recommendations in connection with the notice of the General Meeting.
